OUR MISSION:

To build a supportive business community that creatively solves problems, while working to maintain historic character, encourage tourism, and provide a vibrant place to live, work, and play.

The Downtown Business Association (DBA) is open for all people interested in revitalizing Downtown Westminster. The group focuses on the Westminster Main Street Program area from Maryland Avenue to Washington Road along Main Street, plus Pennsylvania Avenue to Union Street and a few blocks north and south of Main Street. The DBA has a 7 member Leadership Board, with an elected president and vice-president to lead meetings.

Come to share updates from your business, concerns, or ideas for district improvements. The City of Westminster Police Department, Recreation and Parks Department, Public Works Department and Community Planning and Development Department will share monthly updates.
