Tagging - Water Meter Replacements

We are beginning the process to upgrade the water meters throughout the City. As part of this process, we will be tagging homes that have meters in need of replacement. We are going to prioritize properties with older meters with batteries that are starting to fail.
Once those are completed, we will begin tagging entire developments.
