1. Why can't I put the snow from my sidewalk, driveway, or car into the street?

This is against the law as it can cause a driving hazard if the snow refreezes.

These block the roadway for vehicles. Also, when plowing or street sweeping, the nets are in the way and require us to go around them, causing a problem for the workers and your neighbors.
