WESTMINSTER LEAF VACUUM SCHEDULE STARTS

The City of Westminster Department of Public Works will once again provide vacuum
pickup of leaves during the fall season, beginning on October 6, 2025. As it has in the
past, the City will collect leaves every week day on a set schedule.
Following the changes to the Bulk Trash Collection requirements, residents
must call in and request a Leaf Vac pickup of their leaves. To schedule a pickup
or find out your scheduled collection day, call 410-848-9077.
Leaves may be raked into the gutter area no more than 12 hours ahead of the
scheduled pickup day, except in the case of inclement weather, as they block the
storm drain system. Open burning is prohibited by law within the corporate limits of
Westminster, since public collection of leaves and debris is provided.
Leaf Vac services will end December 5th.
