4. The Nations 250^th Anniversary Decorating Contest

6. Rules
   • Prizes will be awarded in two categories for Residential and Business. 
     • First prize is $250, plus a beautiful gift basket filled with goodies!
     • Second prize is $150.
   • Each participant must register by June 10, 2026 to be eligible for a prize.
   • All decorations must be in place by June 13, 2026. 
   • Judging will occur the week of June 14, 2026. Entries will be judged by the volunteers appointed to the Westminster Historic District Commission. Judging will be based on the best overall coordinated patriotic designs and displays.
   • Residents and businesses are encouraged to keep decorations up at least through July 4, 2026.
