The City of Westminster Community Planning and Development Department is seeking information from interested property owners or business owners who intend to activate a vacant property located in the Westminster Sustainable Communities Designated Area to submit information by April 10, 2024. The Department will use this information to submit a grant request to the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Project Restore 2.0 to apply for $30,000 - $300,000 in vacancy activating funding for Westminster. Please fill out the form with as much information as possible.
