You must submit an application to be juried if you wish to participate in the 2026 Flower and Jazz Festival.
Applicants will be judged by quality of product, themed set-up and display, originality, uniqueness of menu/products and pricing. Items must be related to the "Mother's Day/Springtime/Flowers" theme of the event. As we receive applications, they will be filed under the category of your juried merchandise. Jurying category selections will be limited to balance out the event. We may ask you to change menu options to not duplicate others. All decisions made by the Jurying Committee will be final.
The deadline for jurying applications is April 20th.
A nonprofit vendor is a federally classified 501c3 organization. You will need to submit proof of your 501c3 status with your registration.
Vendor fee: $75
Space size included with fee: 10' x 10' (Width x Depth). If you require additional space, you must purchase additional spaces at the aforementioned fee.
All vendors are required to be operational during all hours of the Flower and Jazz Festival, NO EXCEPTIONS.
THERE IS NO ACCESS TO ELECTRIC. You may bring a silent generator (50-60 decibels) to power your equipment. If you choose to bring a silent generator, it must fit within your given vendor space. If your generator does not comply, you will not be permitted to use it during the event, NO EXCEPTIONS.
An artisan/craft vendor is one who creates/builds their own products.

A homebased vendor is a direct-to-consumer sales vendor.

Space size included with fee: 15' x 10' (Width x Depth). If you require additional space, you must purchase additional spaces at the aforementioned fee.

Space size included with fee: 30' x 10' (Width x Depth). If you require additional space, you must purchase additional spaces at the Artisan/Craft Vendor fee.
Please remember that all products/menus that you are submitting with your jurying application must be related to the theme of the Flower and Jazz Festival to be considered.
Submitting a jurying application does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Your application will be reviewed and if you are selected to participate, you will receive an email with further instructions about registering.

In addition to pictures of your event display, you must provide pictures of your menu with price list for jurying. Applicants will be judged by quality, specialty menus at reasonable prices, neatness of display, originality, and uniqueness. Menus may be limited to balance out the event. All decisions by the Jurying Committee will be final.
