More… The Main Street Manager is looking for 7 members to fill the DBA Leadership Board. Members on the Leadership Board should be a business owner or another stakeholder of Downtown Westminster, who can dedicate at least one year to the role and plan to regularly attend Downtown Business Association (DBA) monthly meetings. The members will each represent one of seven zones in Downtown Westminster, that include a specific number of blocks of businesses on a street(s). A map with the seven (7) Zones is shown on the backside of this page. The DBA Leadership Board will select a President and Vice President from the group of leaders. The DBA Leadership Board should be focused on keeping the Downtown Westminster Work Plan updated as a live working document to set goals and track success. National Main Street Center and Main Street Maryland have training available for Board members related to the Work Plan Transformation Strategies and Four Point Approach.Less…
